ALL PICKUPS and DROP OFFS are by appointment only.
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am-10am and 4pm-5pm
Sunday: 4pm-5pm
NOTE: Pickup or drop off outside of our business hours will incur a $10 fee for every hour before or after our business hours of that calendar day
Fleas and Preventatives
Flea preventatives are strongly recommended. If we find that your dog has fleas they will either be given a flea bath for $75 or sent home immediately.
Cancellation Fees and Extra Care Fees
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 2 days in advance of reservation will result in a forfeited deposit (7 days advance notice required for reservations that include Rabun county's schools spring break dates and holiday reservations that include the day of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Additional fee of $20 per calendar day if your pup has diarrhea, destroys furniture, flooring, trim or walls, or marks territory inside.
FOOD
Due to sensitivities and allergies, you must provide your own pup's food. If your pup has meal requirements beyond dog branded wet food or kibble, it needs to be prepared individually in ziplock bags or else there will be a $5 fee for meal.
Vaccines and Waiver
Rabies, DAPP aka DHPP, and Bordetella required and must be given no less than 10 days before your dog's stay with us. ​

Kennel Cough and airborne transmitted disease: We hold the highest standards in the selection of our cleaning products and our sanitation regimen. However, kennel cough is a highly contagious respiratory virus that can be shed from a dog that is not presenting symptoms. Bordetella vaccine does NOT guarantee that your dog will not get kennel cough. You fully accept and assume all risks and responsibility of all losses and costs attributed to the contraction of kennel cough or any airborne transmitted disease.
